It’s rare these days to find a garage that not only delivers great service but also makes you feel completely at ease and RT Motors did exactly that. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me honest advice about my situation, and never once tried to upsell or push anything unnecessary. You can tell straight away that this team genuinely cares about their customers and their reputation. When I left my car with them, one of the lovely staff members even offered me a lift to the train station such a small gesture to them, but it really meant a lot and speaks volumes about the type of people they are. It’s that extra level of thoughtfulness and care that sets RT Motors apart from the rest. The communication throughout was brilliant! I was kept fully informed at every step, and when I collected my car, everything had been done to the highest standard. They even took the time to give me some great aftercare advice, ensuring I knew how to look after things moving forward. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend RT Motors enough. Fantastic garage, had trouble with my electrics after 2 mechanics already seen it , this garage did not give up until they sorted the problem. Truly very greatful, take my hat off too these guy’s for not giving up .

Visited last week for the first time and got everything I needed, done straight away. All the staff (Ziggy too) were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will definitely be back!
